Inventory items are filtered by multiple criteria, saved to user accounts, and inquired within website. The website interfaces with the Rapaport diamond database, RapNet, as well as the inventory databases for the designer lines carried by Kassab Jewelers.
The website is powered by Thinkspace Jeweler allowing website owners to autonomously manage their website; respond to sales inquiries through the round-robin lead management system; and offer information through their resource & learning centers.
